(Cue florid organ music and thunder and lightning in the background.) Or at least a really amazing breakfast dish I can use to win friends and influence people." ~JD Boelter (blogspot.com)

"Amazing food, and the bloody Mary bar is yet another reason to go to brunch! Best bloody bar. By far. BY FAR." -Andrej (Google Review)
We welcome you to Hell’s famous Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar, a mind-boggling array of garnishes totaling 35 feet on each side!
When you’re here for our brunch fare, you’ll be able to choose from our award-winning Classic Bloody or Mimosa ($11-12 each), or for just $6 more, take a trip down our black icicle hallway and create your own deluxe Bloody featuring 170 hot sauces, gourmet rim salts, olives, meats, cheeses, peppers and dozens of other garnishes. OR make a magnificent Mimosa from an array of juice options, fresh fruit, candies, and a whirlwind of other colorful and creative options - if you’re choosing the bubbly & fruit juice route, you’ll also be able to add a ‘bump’ of one of our delicious house-made vodka flavor infusions to turn your creation into a Screwmosa at no additional cost!
We’re thrilled to have fantastic local musicians performing live on our stage Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 1pm as well as Saturdays 6pm to 9pm during dinner. We also have the occasional late night events! Check out our calendar for a full list of performers.
We update our calendar once a month with constantly rotating talent. Check back soon for next month's upcoming bands if you don’t see the dates you’re looking for.
MUSICIANS: We have a set music schedule with tried & true artists from the Twin Cities on our stage, but if you’d like to contact our booker, click here for more information. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we cannot answer unsolicited requests unless we are in search of musicians.
Hell’s Kitchen has been 100% employee-owned since January 1st, 2020 in the form of an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), which lets the employees buy the company from the founders not with their own money, but from future profits. This means that 67 employee-owners from both our front and back of house are now shareholders, and includes nearly a dozen people who have been with us for more than a decade. Our talented workforce is backed by the strong senior leadership team of employee-owners pictured, whose dedication, industry smarts, and critical thinking skills have been instrumental in keeping Hell’s Kitchen alive and thriving.

You’ve already proven your industry chops; why not join Hell's Kitchen and become an EMPLOYEE OWNER as well?
Hell’s Kitchen, one of only a few employee-owned restaurants in the entire country, is always on the prowl for FOH and BOH professionals. Our one-of-a-kind underground downtown Minneapolis restaurant offers sane work hours, solid compensation commensurate on experience, and a full range of benefits such as Health Insurance (choose whatever insurance you like and we’ll contribute toward the monthly premiums), PTO, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, paid vacation, and of course discounts on food and merchandise.
Our "soft" benefits are equally as important: professionalism at every level no matter what the job, integrity (we've never missed a payroll or left a vendor hanging), an almost religious adherence to work/life balance (even our salaried managers stick to 40-45 hours/week), a passion for good food/service, and a fervent commitment to fairness, inclusiveness, and equality. We have fun but we're also focused and no-nonsense, meaning we communicate clearly and follow through on expectations. Yes, we're close-knit, but we leave our egos at the door and avoid drama, cliques, or toxic behavior at all costs and in all ranks.
The extremely low turnover at Hell’s Kitchen attests to our solid management team of peers; we promote as often as possible from within (our company President started as a host), so this is a rare opportunity to welcome a you or someone you know into our busy underground lair.
If you like the sound of becoming an Employee Owner and have a strong work ethic [sorry, no job hoppers] as well as industry experience, keep scrolling to read about available positions and connect with us to tell us why you’d like to work in Hell.
Our professional FOH employees are the FACE of our employee-owned indie restaurant, and you bet your sweet ass these exemplary individuals understand the true meaning of hospitality, delivering genuinely superb customer service day after day, no matter what.
In return, we value our FOH team as professionals, and hopefully you'll agree that the compensation reflects our respect for the work these pros do.
Our BOH kitchen crew is driven by a fierce desire to make our award-winning recipes consistently spot-on while juggling a zillion details in a hotter than hell, madder than hell environment. Just kidding on the "madder than hell" part! (umm, sort of...)
Over the years, we've learned that a calm, highly organized kitchen with kind, fair, and smart leaders makes for a good work environment no matter how overwhelmingly busy we get (and yes, Hell does get intense at times).
